I come from a mining town and have finished the Mining Technician school, so logic says I am a sculptor, but this never happened.
I need to extend a big thank you to COVID because it turned painting from a hobby to total immersion, as well as to my father who had the foresight to be taking me fishing with him when I was a little girl.I believe we are seriously misjudging the Universe around us, by using our kind too much as a measuring ruler for everything.
Out of respect to fish, a kind that live their lives and do what they need to do without complaints and exclamations, I am creating new limitless worlds for them, where they can exist and roam in bliss. Seas and rivers, skies and depths, planets and galaxies with no borders.I also need to extend a thank you to the gallerist Eleni Sakali who is a beacon in the artistic sea I navigate.
