She was born in Heraklion, Crete.
She studied Physics, Pedagogy, Photography, and Painting. She works in education as a physics teacher, organizing activities related to the Natural Sciences for children and educators, in which the approach is artistic. In her artworks she often combines Art with Science, attempting to show the unity of art with the scientific way of thinking. To express herself, she uses a wide range of materials: acrylics, inks, charcoal, spray, pastels, handmade paper, holographic foil, thread, etc., and often her works are the result of mixed media techniques. She draws inspiration mainly from nature and often uses recycled materials. She is an active artist; she has held two solo exhibitions, her work has participated in many group exhibitions in Greece and abroad, and she is a member of the Chamber of Fine Arts of Greece, a member of the Association of Visual Artists of Crete, and a member of the group “DIPOLA” Her works are included in public and private collections.
