Geriki Stavroula, born and raised in Athens, has been a permanent resident of the Cyclades, specifically Syros, for the last 20 years.
Until a few years ago, my occupations had nothing to do with painting. In recent years, I exist in the world of art... So, here, in the place I have made my own, I have communicated what I do by exhibiting my works, both in solo and group exhibitions.
The creation of artworks is something almost erotic for me. I paint, and the omnipotence that a brush and some colours give you is addictive, and the greatest satisfaction is seeing this creation come to light!
It is a blessing, then, to breathe life into a piece of work, and a blessing to receive love and appreciation through the work itself!
