Emmanuel Stavroulakis was born on September 26, 1973, in Athens. He studied at AKTO, specializing in Computer Graphics & DTP and 3D Animation.

In 1999, he began his professional career as a 3D Artist at the production company X Rated, contributing to the creation of numerous advertising spots. Notable projects include the MEGA Channel campaign "Meg + Ega", the animation for the Eurovision 2004 logo, a cinema advertisement for Old Holborn tobacco, and campaigns for prominent clients such as the Greek National Tourism Organization (GNTO), FAGE, Nestlé, Olympus, and Ere Due.

In 2012, he joined the team at Bezier Animation Studio, as external contractor, where he produced advertising spots for leading companies including Wind Telecoms, Amita, Public, Germanos, OPAP, and Papadopoulos Biscuits. At the same time, he delved into the technique of photogrammetry, working on the digital scanning of objects.

In 2023, he founded his own company, Noumenon, with the goal of producing Greece's first virtual reality film. The project, titled "The Journey of Piraeus", was created for Pan Entertainment and had its world premiere in 2024 at the 65th Thessaloniki International Film Festival (TIFF65), where it received a Special Mention award.

During the same period, Emmanuel Stavroulakis began exploring modern Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools in the artistic field, creating digital works.
